Purpose:
Your efforts in the Product Supply Analyst role will bring value to the greater organization by ensuring high accuracy and reliability in the overall supply picture, while supporting on-time availability for our customers. This role is responsible for the execution of Product Supply operational tasks. Primary focus is on factory purchase order (PO) management activities in alignment with US Supply Chain priorities and delivery expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
PO management activities: adjustments of distribution center and stock category designation, quantity changes, timing adjustments, cancellations, hold and early shipment requests, transportation mode changes and timely shipment from factories.
Initiate and respond to requests through global ticketing systems in support of purchase order changes or requests coming from factories.
Create and publish analysis reports that highlight current operational performance and/or areas of concern.
Mitigate excess inventory risk across supply network by analyzing overstock and taking corrective action to reduce supply.
Liaison with Product Supply, Global Order Management, Global Supply Planning and US Order Fulfillment teams to optimize supply availability to meet retail launch dates.
Support process changes and enhancements to ensure business performance in line with agreed targets.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand supply chain issues and drive solutions
Ability to effectively communicate, both written & verbal
Strong team player with the ability to work with diverse groups of people in a productive manner
Ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects under a deadline
Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Skills (primarily Excel)
ERP experience desired, SAP preferred
MicroStrategy experience a plus
Fluent in English (written and oral)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
4-year college or university degree preferred, focus on Supply Chain or Logistics a plus
Minimum 1 year related work experience, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree
Industry experience preferred
