QC Officer [Narayanganj, Dhaka, Permanent, Full-time]

Job Responsibilities

Must have deep knowledge of Leather & PVC goods production.
Having knowledge about Quality Systems, Regulations, Guidelines, Audits and AQL Standards.
Must be capable to accomplish the in line and per-shipment and final Inspection.
Monitor daily report and analyze feedback for corrective and productive action.
Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard with CAP correction.
Responsible for developing and implementing methods and procedures that would minimize costs
Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve each and every stage of the production process.
Having knowledge of 4-point Quality Control System.
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged for inspection of product quality.
Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process.
Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
Conduct pre finals and packaging audits to ensure 100% final inspections pass rate.
