SENIOR MANAGER EXPERIENCE PLANNING

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This role is key to the successful development and implementation of China digital experience and seasonal plans on adidas onlineEC platforms, including Tmall, JD, PDD, Dewu.

The role best suits a candidate who can create strategic digital experience and content ideas and has the category and consumer understanding to create highly structured digital plans that delivers against commercial KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for mapping consumer journey to adidas onlineEC platforms, including Tmall, JD, PDD, Dewu.
  • Identify the gaps and opportunities within the digital journey and come up with an ideal consumer journey planning to hit targets around conversion and traffic.
  • Manage new digital content planning process and stakeholders across Brand/OS/CtC/Newsroom.
  • Partner with the Digital Brand Activation Content team to ensure the digital seasonal plan is translated into a digital content plan that delivers relevant inspiring and empowering digital content across our digital touchpoints.
  • Leverage the Global digital strategy and planning framework to create seasonal digital plans, based on Global and China Consumer and Commerce objectives and insights.
  • Provide local digital strategic counsel/insights to the Global Brand teams
  • Act as a stakeholder to Digital Tracking & Analytics for different adidas EC platform and Consumer insights
  • Deliver against adidas ec platform ecosystem KPIs and ensure seamless execution of the digital experience plan
  • Work closely and tighten partnerships with Digital Buying and BU teams to make sure product inventory is accounted for in plans
  • Be a strong go-to-person and thought leader to help brands navigate through the fast-changing content world
  • Establish content framework to drive branding, consumer engagement experience and also content management infrastructure (e.g. storage, distribution and optimization), and work closely with Studio A UI designers and agencies to deliver the page design.

  • Brand adidas: Brand Design

Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience:

  • 4-7 years of digital content planning, experience design or digital marketing experience, tmall platform experience is preferred
  • Demonstrable knowledge of digital strategic planning
  • Results-driven and process-focused with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Passionate about digital with strong English communications skills, written and verbal
  • Fast adaptor to tools and processes with strong Microsoft Office skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
