Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This role is responsible to contribute to Emerging Markets net sales and contribution targets and to create consumer experience more engaging and effective by supporting training content development & delivery for the DTC team with additional focus on WHS.

Key Responsibilities: 

Functional:

  • Creation of seasonal product learning content with reference to global toolkits and training materials fitting to WHS channel needs
  • Delivery of Seasonal product learning content to cluster WHS teams for further implementation.
  • Drive engagement on seasonal learning platform (Atticus)
  • Execution support of Global Sales Academy programs as per defined training go to market plan
  • Monitoring and supporting the execution of market led programs along with Sales Academy lead.
  • Coach store teams by execution of core trainings as defined by GSA (e.g., RP, ARP and SIM Training Programs as well as the Seasonal Training Program), ensuring best practice is followed in all stores
  • Use blended learning methodology to maximize on training resources and tools. Maximize on online and technological tools for delivery – self-learning for basic skills and classroom/OTJ for advanced skills.
  • Conduct Train the Trainers for product learning and support TTT as conducted by Global or Market teams
  • Use qualitative and quantitative methods, as well as established tracking systems/tools to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Report and feed into market and global teams on needs, engagement, delivery and outcome as appliable

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Business acumen
  • Content development and instructional design
  • Program delivery skills
  • Train the Trainer, training delivery & facilitation skills
  • Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English and local language of Region
  • Good numeracy, literacy, verbal and written communication skills
  • Geographical mobility

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Functional:
    • 2-4 years of training experience with overall 5 years of work experience (can be inclusive of sales and/or operations) ideally with direct consumer selling focus
  • Industry: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
  • Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Account Marketing
  • Graduate with specialized certifications
  • Qualification in Training & Development
